Small but mighty

We are a small team of experienced design and marketing professionals, how you ask does this relate to ice cream, well…
Did I say we have decades of marketing experience?

Ron Sellers our chief ice cream maker has been experimenting with unique ice creams that cater to the adverturious adult palate for years. After repeated requests and pleading from the friends, neighbors, and secondary tasters for Ron’s all-natural ice cream to become widely available, Ron listened and has been a develovted learner of everything that is ice cream related. He participated in the East Bay Small Business Developement Center, Food Entrepenuer Traning Academy (FETA) I and was named co-winner participant for  the best food product pitch. For years Ron worked in branding, graphic design, environmental graphic design, and has an obsessive level of detail, and research into any new endevour. He was drawn to creative part of developing flavors for ice cream and felt satisfaction in crafting new flavors that were combined by him into a product that was enjoyed by family, friends, and neighbors.

Ron’s partners in crime are Jennifer Kowskie, his wife and sounding board, who has more than 20 years of branding, marketing, and web UI/UX experience specifically in the wine and spirits industry. Her favorite flavor is Smokin Strawberry. Speaking of wines and spirits,  Jessica Kogan who is Sellers Ice Cream’s silent chief marketing officer, has several decades of marketing and business technology experience and takes small brands to the B2B and D2C markets. Jessica touts the Coffee Cookies and Cream as her favorite to date.

Giving Back

We understand that success goes beyond the number of ice cream we scoop. It’s about building a thriving community together. Sellers Ice Cream is proud to give back to local non-profit organizations that make a positive impact in our community. As a proponent and recipient of help from a young age, Ron Sellers deeply believes in paying it forward and helping whenever possible. A portion of our profits will go towards supporting impactful initiatives, such as Friends of the Alameda Animal Shelter, The Boys and Girls Club of Alameda, Alameda Meals on Wheels, Alameda Family Services.

What non-profits would you support, let us know?
